Dr. Mok graduated cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry, where she was selected for a clinical honours program that gave her advanced training in pediatrics, binocular vision, cornea, and specialty contact lenses. Her clinical externships took her into hospital settings and refractive surgical centers, where she provided consultations and post-operative care for patients undergoing LASIK, PRK, refractive lens exchange, and corneal cross-linking procedures.
At Foresee Eyecare, Dr. Mok has built her practice around family eye care — seeing patients from infancy through adulthood. She has a particular interest in children with learning-related vision challenges, and she designs individualized vision therapy programs to help young patients overcome visual processing difficulties that can affect reading and learning.
Dr. Mok also stays active in community eye care, taking part in pediatric outreach programs and Special Olympics eye screenings, and traveling on mission trips to deliver care in regions with limited access to eye health services.
