A Welcome Alternative to Glasses
Contact lenses act as a wonderful substitute for glasses, especially if your lifestyle doesn’t lend itself well to spectacles. At Foresee Eyecare, we can recommend and customize the correct contact lenses for your eye shape and visual needs.

Customizing Your Contact Lenses
To ensure that your cornea (the front surface of the eye) is healthy, assess your prescription, and fit your contact lenses, you will undergo a contact lens exam.
To create your contact lens prescription, your optometrist will measure and assess the following:
- The curvature of your cornea
- Your pupil and iris sizes (the colour and black part of the eye)
- The health of your tear film to see if you have dry eyes
Our doctors are certified and trained in fitting all types of contact lenses for regular use and ocular diseases, including keratoconus, corneal degeneration, and irregular corneas.
Contact Lenses for Your Unique Eyes
After your contact lens exam, your doctor can determine the type of contact lenses you need. For instance, you may be nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism.
At Foresee Eyecare, we offer:
- Daily wear contact lenses
- Contacts for dry eyes
- Coloured contact lenses
- Multifocal contact lenses
- Toric contacts for astigmatism
- Gas permeable contact lenses
Once you have your prescription, you’re welcome to reorder your contacts through us online. We are pleased to offer specialty contact lenses, as well. Talk to your doctor to discuss the best approach to contact lenses for your ideal fit and function.
