Dr. Timothy Tsang, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Timothy Tsang brings a wealth of clinical expertise and academic leadership to Foresee Eyecare. A cum laude graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, he completed a prestigious residency in primary care and ocular disease at the Illinois Eye Institute. This level of training is attained by fewer than 20 percent of optometrists. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, an honor held by only 10 percent of North American optometrists.
Dr. Tsang has served as a clinical instructor and assistant professor, earning Clinical Educator of the Year in his first year of teaching. He has presented at professional conferences across Canada and the United States, contributed to peer-reviewed journals, and reviewed for major optometry publications.
He has held leadership roles in Ontario and the United States, including the Eye Health Council of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Optometrists, and the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
At Foresee Eyecare, Dr. Tsang applies his extensive experience in diagnosing, managing, and treating ocular disease, emergency eye care, myopia management, and dry eye disease. He is also a Key Opinion Leader and lecturer on advanced treatments and technologies for patients, interns, and colleagues.
